Global wellness lead - Senior Manager

To serve this, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Manager of Global Wellness. In this
role, you will draw from big picture thinking to design and deliver innovative and creative wellness and
resiliency programs balancing business needs and our diverse employee population.
Roles and responsibilities
● Create and implement wellness and resiliency programs that promote well-being and reduce physical
and mental health risk.
● Partner closely with key leaders across the business, People, Finance, and Legal, Trust and Safety, to
understand the needs and prioritize accordingly. You demonstrate assertiveness, maturity, leadership,
fortitude, creativity, influence, and the ability to be both strategic and executional.
● Focus on the development, implementation and delivery of activities, promotions, programs, and
special events centered on health care consumerism and wellness.
● Promotes program offerings, conducts outreach activities and works with third party counselors with a
particular focus on stress management and anxiety.
● Ensure wellness programs are communicated in a transparent and meaningful way that engages and
educates our resources on our wellness offerings and encourages participation.
● Drive health and wellness initiatives and programs at the local level by partnering with the business and
local HR Business Partners.
● Partner with the Analytics team to analyze data to customize personalized wellness programs based
upon local needs.
● Develop and maintain key metrics, inventories and assessments for mental well being.
● Perform studies and come up with insights and recommendations to change the way of working that is
beneficial to our employees.

If this sounds like it might be you, you probably have:
● Significant hands on experience with designing, implementing and operating global wellness and
resiliency programs. Specifically knowledgeable of wellness programming for employees focused on
content moderation.
● Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills and demonstrated ability to develop relationships and
influence at all levels within the organization, especially with senior leadership
● Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth, dynamic business environment
● Strong problem-solving, critical/analytical thinking abilities
● Excellent verbal and written communication, experience presenting analyses to management and
ability to lead and drive initiatives
Requirements
● 8+ years of Allied Health, Health Promotion, Employee Benefits, Wellness, Life Safety, and people
leadership
● Experience with managing corporate wellness programs in technology or fast paced, high stress
environments
● BA/BS in Business, Human Resources, Health or related discipline, or equivalent experience

Prefer candidates with the following:
● Advanced degree in Clinical Psychology
● Experience with managing wellness programs for employees focused on content moderation
● Group exercise class instruction and certifications (ACE, AFFA, ACSM, etc.) a plus
● Personal training certification from (ACE, AFAA, ACSM, NSCA, NASM) a plus
● Experience in global or multinational organizations
