Should have worked on CDP - Customer Data Platforms like Tealium Audience Stream or Adobe Experience Platform.
Has good understanding of digital marketing strategies, including paid advertising, email marketing, display advertising campaigns.
Has worked on enabling customer journey / activations across multiple channels (websites, email, SMS etc.)
Passionate about new marketing technologies and desires constant improvement. Should be able to demonstrate art of possible within tech stacks as well as help craft solution design for use cases
Has in-depth understanding/expertise and hands on experience in Tealium Audience Stream or Adobe Experience Platform along with good understanding of other Adobe cloud solutions (Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager, AEM, Target)
Has strong foundation in crafting audiences/segments in Adobe eco-system. When/Where/How to build them for various use cases and customer journeys.
Has worked in agile team(s) to collaborate on user story definition, and what “done” looks like, using a variety of agile tools and processes (JIRA, Scrum, Kanban…)
Can lead and develop technical documentation including, but not limited to user stories, data-flow diagrams, solution designs, entity-relationship diagrams, test cases, and so forth
Is a self starter who can understand, own and lead multiple projects.
Truly hybrid individual made up of Tech and digital marketing skills/expertise who has passion for learning new technologies
Excellent if has understanding of and/or worked in pharmaceutical industry along with above skills
