The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas is looking for a Sr. Diversity & Inclusion Program Specialist, Program Management and Learning Experiences . You will lead the design and coordination of D&I programs and learning experiences to build D&I capability and support the maturity of strategic projects to grow the Bank's D&I strategy.
You Will:
Lead the build-out and management of D&I programs infrastructure operations
Provide guidance and program management support to advance the Diversity Council & ERG Eco-System efforts, i.e. core teams, executive sponsors
Lead the design and coordination of Bank wide learning experiences that promote D&I capability building, i.e. speaker series, panel discussions, small group discussions, formal training, and experiential learning
Identify alignment, collaboration and partnership opportunities with internal partners/departments to maximize program/initiative management and learning experience impact
Pursue and identify new trends related to program/initiative management, building D&I capability and assessing gaps/opportunities, i.e. learning experiences, D&I ERG programming and D&I Council effectiveness to promote ongoing maturity
Support/lead broader HR projects as assigned, i.e. ADR efforts
You Have:
BS/BA degree in business, I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources or related field
4+ years professional experience as a specialist or analyst, or project or program manager in Human Resources/Diversity Profession
Experience using PeopleSoft, Office Teams, Zoom, Webex and event management tools, i.e. Cvent, Salesforce, etc
Experience with vendor management/contract negotiations
Experience applying program effectiveness tools, surveys and metrics
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data to provide a variety of informative reports, summaries and recommendations to business line customers
Ability to be a forward-thinker, excel in an ambiguous environment, operate with a continuous improvement mindset and have strong process-driven and facilitation skills
Equivalent education and/or experience may be substituted for any of the above requirements
