Coordinates and provides the pharmaceutical care of patients for assigned clinical unit(s).

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from accredited College of Pharmacy
- Illinois licensure as a Pharmacist (RPh)
- BLS Healthcare Provider within 6 months of hire Preferred
- 2 years of experience
Preferred
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Board Certification
- ACLS Certification
Shift/Hours:8p - 6:30a (10 hours) 4 on/10 off total 40 hours every 2 weeks.
