JOB DESCRIPTION
The Vice President of Enterprise Real Estate is responsible for developing and executing an enterprise-wide real estate strategy that supports Robert Half’s business operations worldwide.
The position has direct responsibility for establishing and leading teams that will implement strategies and negotiate leases, design and build office spaces to support Robert Half’s Staffing Operations, Protiviti Operations, and Corporate Service Operations across all geographies.
Position Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and execution of real estate strategy
Develop and administer a multi-year lease forecasting process that allows Operational Executives to prioritize lease location decisions and drives annual Capital Planning
Evaluate and select primary and alternative real estate brokerage firms in partnership with procurement and executive stakeholders (once every three years)
Lead oversight of Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS)
Oversees outsourced lease administration and rent and project payables functions
Manage the financial reporting and performance reporting for enterprise real estate, including all budgeting and forecasting activities.
Train, develop, and recruit staff to achieve best in class practices
Utilize financial skills and insight that leads informed business decisions; engage in negotiations, evaluate issues, and propose solutions to support workplace priorities
Provide direction and guidance regarding space policies/standards, procedures, and protocols to drive compliance with established standards
Develop and implement innovative workplace strategies, incorporating the latest technology and contemporary thinking (i.e., collaboration spaces; sustainability; alternative energy sources) to transform the corporate real estate portfolio and employee experience
Develop and maintain a productive departmental culture that supports professional development, employee engagement, innovation, and accountability

Professional Requirements and Qualifications:
BS/BA in Business/ Real Estate/ Finance/Accounting, MBA a plus
Minimum 6 years’ experience in a similar position with leadership responsibility controlling multinational real estate function
Advanced experience in real estate lease negotiation methodologies and business case modeling
Strong knowledge and understanding of financial implications of real estate decisions
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft’s Suite
Corporate/ commercial real estate, project management, facilities management, certifications preferred
6+ years’ experience leading/managing corporate/commercial real estate management team
