JOB DESCRIPTION:

ZPI is the developer of the industry leading Zarpac Performance Index manufacturing performance improvement software.   We are seeking a talented Systems Integrator to be part of our team of software integrators responsible for integration, installation, commissioning, and support of our software suite at client sites.   The position reports to the Integration Manager and responsibilities are as follows:


  • Auditing PLC codes

  • Reading ladder code or codes in PCs and extracting and auditing data

  • Use various interfaces to collect the data points to update information and track information within the ZPI program

  • Interact on a regular basis with the customer, including through onsite visits to verify the program compatibility and accuracy

  • Act as a key point of contact for customer support

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Information Technology Management, Computer Systems Technology, Process Automation, Electrical Controls, or similar.

  • 0 – 2 years of experience working in process automation or systems integration

  • Working knowledge of all Windows operating systems, Microsoft SQL Service and IIS

  • Experience with PLC’s (Rockwell / Siemens / Modicon) or automation PCs

  • Previous experience with manufacturing intelligence systems (OEE, MES, LEDS) highly desirable

  • Experience with OPC

  • Experience with Kepware, RS View or Wonderware a plus

  • Ability to travel into the US and internationally up to 30%
