The Creative Design & Multimedia Specialist will conceptualize and create compelling narratives through a mix of multimedia content.

  • Create new and innovative ways to expand our candidate pool in the ever-changing world of digital media;

  • Create and be responsible for internal and external communications campaigns;

  • Develops, designs, and produces branding materials, such as: videos, web content, brochures, etc. which will assist with teacher marketing activities and other projects;

  • Partner with leaders to develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies through researching, writing and editing, press releases, white papers, internal communications, online communications and other related documents;

  • Turn innovative and creative ideas into solid proposals and executable plans that link to organizational priorities;

  • Create brand awareness and positive impressions;

  • Asset Management;

  • Collaborate with department managers to determine visual marketing support needs and specifications, designing and developing photo and video collateral;

  • Determines the need for and content of graphics to explain and enhance the written materials and edits materials for content, grammar, format, etc.;

  • Creates graphics, layouts, and templates as needed;

  •  Research trends in the competitive teaching field to become an employer of choice;

  • Partner with Data Science team to measure effectiveness of programs.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.

Minimum Required Qualifications 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or similar field of study AND

  • Three (3) years of experience in multimedia and data visualization OR

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

Certificates and Licenses: None required.

Other Required Qualifications: 


  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel; Web proficiency.

  • Ability to pass required background check

Desired Qualifications:  


  • Degree in communications, media design, interactive design

  • Two years of virtual education experience
