The HR Information Manager is responsible for Odyssey’s Human Resources Information, compliance, reporting, and systems. This position is also responsible for maintaining internal HRIS database files and tables and developing custom reports for company leadership as well as other customer needs. The HR Information Manager develops, implements, and modifies HR and interdependent system requirements and processes based on changing business needs.
Responsibilities
Identify risks or opportunities and recommend changes to processes that improve the delivery of HR services and information sharing across the organization
Lead UKG (Ultimate HCM) system projects, including data feeds, system releases/upgrades, enhancement packages, testing, and process redesign
Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including build-out, content development, reporting, and system maintenance
Troubleshoot any adverse changes made by application enhancements, and updates
Lead change management activities that include approvals by senior leaders and engaging key stakeholders on changes. Proactively create and update documents regarding processes, workflows and related system activities
Engage with multifunctional department integration team members to support inbound/outbound UKG (Ultimate HCM) integrations to third party vendor systems
Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and other stakeholders to maximize UKG (Ultimate HCM) and other related HR systems functionality, capabilities, and operational processes
Create and manage dashboards, reports, and scorecards that deliver data analysis to leaders for information and decision making
Design, configure, document, and maintain complex reports using UKG (Ultimate HCM) BI tools and Excel
Manage the confidentiality of data by following established security/confidentiality standards
Provide required technical configuration of UKG (Ultimate HCM) to support, business processes, and activities (open enrollment, annual merit, bonus plans, talent management, iCIMS, ATS integrations, onboarding, and time off/leave plans)
Deliver training programs and serve as the primary resource for all HR information system users
Initiate and manage UKG (Ultimate HCM) customer support tickets to ensure issues are resolved, documented, tested, and implemented
Perform routine audits for system data validation/integrity and work with key stakeholders to make necessary changes
Collaborate across multiple functional departments to ensure data integrity across other related Odyssey systems
Manage and execute other special projects as assigned
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of HRIS management experience & responsibility
Must have experience managing HR enterprise system projects, with the ability to translate customer requirements into a defined project scope and project plan
Must be highly proficient in Excel, CSV files, and inbound/outbound data feeds
Demonstrated experience writing custom reports using BI or other reporting tools
Experience managing UKG (Ultimate/Ultipro) HRIS and iCIMS ATS system highly preferred
Must possess the highest degree of integrity safeguarding the confidentiality of HR data & information
