Job Summary
Essential Functions
Resolve service issues such as work items, emails, voice messages/team rotary or other requests
Assist contractors with information on Home Warranty policies, procedures, coverage, and non-covered items
Responsible for contractor portal training, assisting contractors with invoice issues and payment process. Inactivate/activate contractors due to vacation or bookings while ensuring proper trade coverage. Includes summer season and holidays
Assist Contract Recruiter Specialist in keeping all contractor documentation current, including licensing, insurance, and workers' compensation
Contact outside technicians to service when a no tech occurs
Follow-up with Outside Reimbursement (OSRs) to recruit as a new FA contractor
Recruit new hires in impact areas as directed by the Supervisor and CRM. Assist with ongoing department projects and initiatives
Responsible for weekly work order offer system reporting, compliance metrics, and ongoing discussions with contractors
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have at least 2+ years of related experience
Strong customer service skills
Organized and detail oriented
Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Understanding of invoicing process
