Identifies recovering Airmen with caregivers.
Coordinates caregiver training and interfacing with caregivers to determine support requirements.
Facilitates caregiver support by coordinating with Military Family Life Consultants (MLFCs), Case Managers (CMs), recovering Airmen, and Airmen and Family Readiness Centers.
Ensures caregiver forums are held regularly and caregiver information is disseminated.
Contacts the caregivers to assess program's ability to meet the established needs.
Identifies caregiver gaps, and connects the caregiver to applicable resources.

Responsibilities
BS/BA degree in HR, Human Services, Rehabilitation, Counseling, Social Sciences, or other degree accompanied by a clinical/counseling license.
1-2 years' experience as a Human Services Consultant, Rehabilitation Counselor, Training and Development Manager, or Business Process Consultant and/or
1-2 years' experience coordinating/connecting caregivers or affected individuals to resources and services available; providing navigation services to assist wounded, ill, injured, victims, or family members through the care/support process.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong oral and written communications skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to access needs and recommend solutions.
Strong organizational skills.
Must be able to effectively support multiple, concurrent priorities.
Ability to interpret and apply program guidance and policy directives within context of individualized RSM needs.
