Key Responsibilities


  • Print all work orders for service on a monthly basis

  • Map all work orders in mapping program ( Streets & Trips) for tracking purposes

  • Enter info into the Corrigo system for specific customers

  • Create service packets daily for the service guys (10-12 service techs)

  • Update spreadsheets and maps on completed service

  • Work with Customer service to get the orders entered into SAP

  • Work with Operations to make sure service gets billed

  • Work with salespeople to schedule service

  • Work as a liaison between the customers and service techs

  • Answer customer questions regarding service schedules

  • Make sure that the service guys have what they need to complete jobs (Filters, equipment, trucks, ETC.)

  • Manage and maintain the fleet of service vehicles

  • Perform quality control on service accounts

  • Help with pulling service orders as needed

  • Experience in Safety related with our Industry

  • Experience managing large teams

  • HVAC systems

  • Logistics

  • Scheduling

 

Additional Requirements


  • Valid Driver License

  • Computer and math Skills

  • SAP experience is a plus

  • Experience operating Forklift, boom lift

  • Use of maintenance tools

  • Industrial Safety

  • High School Diploma

  • Must be able to multi-task.

  • Must be able to read, speak, write and understand written and verbal instructions in English to include completion of daily paperwork and forms along with basic math skills.

  • Excellent people skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • High level of organizational skills

  • Exhibits ability to think creatively and analytically under pressure
