Job Overview:
GaN is hiring a Software Developer supporting the CCDC Aviation and Missile Center, Systems Simulation, Software and Integration Directorate (S3I) located on Redstone Arsenal, in Huntsville, Alabama.
Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining an efficient development and release environment to support military system development
- Work with development and support teams to understand needs and propose solutions
- Develop software and scripts to support automated builds, automated testing, continuous integration and deployment
- Develop solutions for tool interoperability and process improvements
- Integrate and automate static code analysis tools
- Configure and manage build servers and assist in transitioning to container technologies
- Improving performance of existing systems
Qualifications
Requirements (minimum):
- Bachelors and nine (9) years or more experience [4 years of experience accepted in lieu of degree].
- Ability to code and script
- Experience with systems and IT operations
- Strong grasp of automation tools including test automation
- Familiar with agile development approaches and tools
- Experience with Python, Jenkins, SVN, GIT
- Proven experience in high-level SCRUM development
Special Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must have a minimum of an Interim Secret Clearance to start with the ability to obtain & maintain a full Secret Clearance; Active Secret Clearance preferred
