JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Manager works directly with the Sales Team to support and grow the business. This work involves end to end project lifecycle management including preparing quotations, order/fulfilment planning, post-delivery and project close out. This position requires a high level of customer service and technical skills.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day
• Develop and Lead comprehensive end to end project plans that are shared both internally as well as with Clients
• Coordinate and Lead project status meetings
• Participate in reoccurring department meetings
• Proactively recognize, respond and lead appropriate resolution of complex priorities throughout the project lifecycle
• Establish close relationships with partners to continually drive solutions that deliver positive results
• Ensures data accuracy through systems and project related communications
• Must be a proven leader, who drives results through strong collaboration, leadership and critical thinking

• Proficient in multiple systems and spreadsheets
• Excellent client facing and customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Minimum three years project management experience in the Contract (B2B) or related industry
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
