The Nurse Director of Hospice Palliative Care will join a group of non-profit health care facilities that are constantly growing and evolving in the metropolitan area. The Nurse Director of Hospice Palliative Care will be responsible to organize, supervise, monitor and evaluate the department functions and activities for the Hospice Service Program. The Nurse Director of Hospice Palliative Care will have successful leadership experience of a Hospice program and strong understanding of Joint commission and federal/state regulations is required.

The Nurse Director of Hospice Palliative Care should have the ability to coach and mentor, budget, and make financial decisions/recommendations to Administrator. If the Nurse Director of Hospice Palliative Care has marketing and sales experience, this would be a strong plus. The Nurse Director of Hospice Palliative Care should be able to represent agency at public events, hospital events and at state association level. Minimum of 5 years supervisory experience in a Hospice setting is expected.
