Job Description:

We are seeking a IT Solutions Delivery Manager for the Solutions Delivery Department.

The primary responsibility of the Solutions Delivery Manager is to build and sustain a team that possesses all of the technical competencies to develop and maintain technology infrastructure to support the networking, server, telecom, storage, and application configuration/connectivity needs of Credit Human’s business units.

This manager bridges business functions and technical competencies to include:  translating operational system requirements into systems strategies, technology architecture, and designing new technology processes/systems/methods, and developing/contributing to implementation plans for new and upgraded infrastructure in support of a high-availability data center environment. This role is integral in planning and executing a series of projects, the general review of current practices/systems/methods, breaking the emergent strategy into actionable pieces, and planning for new technological advancements.

  • Developing, managing, and continually updating analysis for technology trends

  • Ensuring quality and consistency throughout the Technology Division solutions architectural design

  • Develop cross-training and cross-skill processes that ensure that the unit’s capability for technical initiatives is never single-threaded

Experience:

    Required


  • 5 or more years of Information Technology experience

  • 5 or more years managing complex Information Technology projects

  • 5 or more years in managing a team of technology professionals

  • Experience in systems integration and system design work

  • Experience managing Technology vendor relationships

  • Experience designing and implementing Technology processes; policies; procedures and controls

  • High level of expertise in written and oral communications

  • Extensive resource management experience

  • Proven experience and track record of driving complex, technology-driven initiatives that cross business lines, functions and geographies

    Preferred


  • Experience in designing and implementing banking systems preferred;

  • Experience in the financial industry preferred;

Education:

    Required


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Information Systems, or related field of study

Skills & Knowledge:

    Required


  • Extensive knowledge of IT Systems Architecture, Networking, Server Management, Systems Integration Design, and Technical Process Design

  • Extensive knowledge of translating business problems into technical solutions

  • Extensive knowledge of technical project planning and resource management methodologies

  • Ability to effectively communicate technical knowledge/processes to other professionals, regulators and credit union staff

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong technical presentation skills

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention-to-detail

  • Ability to prioritize and manage a portfolio of projects, initiatives and activities

  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on the customers (internal & external)

  • Infrastructure equipment configuration knowledge essential

  • Ability to rapidly resolve systems issues and recognize when escalation is necessary

  • Ability to create executive-level project proposals and presentations

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm 

Level of Work: 3B
