Inclusively is search of a talented Lead Web Developer to join the Digital team for one of their clients in the financial services industry. The Web Developer will be a key participant in the Digital transformation program and producing highly usable and scalable web software solutions. You will be part of implementing a design system to be used for all of their external client facing applications.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a technology leader
Full-stack web development experience, with an emphasis on front-end development
Skill with native JavaScript, including ECMAScript 6, and experience with Node and Angular, or other similar JS frameworks
Understanding of Design systems like Google’s material design
Responsive Design and Single Page Applications (SPA) expertise
Experience with unit testing patterns (TDD/BDD) and methodologies
Application performance evaluation and tuning skills
Web Accessibility experience
Experience and comfort communicating with senior executives and the ability to gain respect and support of leadership, partners, and peers
Strong interpersonal skills and must exemplify the vision and values of Schwab
BA/BS degree in Computer Science OR related practical experience
7+ years of experience working in cross-functional projects and programs with tight deadlines
