What You’ll Get to Do!
The AssistantProgram Director of Quality Control will oversee the quality control and compliance aspect supporting the ORR (Office of Refugee Resettlement) Reunification Management program and will be responsible for process analysis, and assessment of current program to identify more efficient procedures
Key functions you will perform!
Ensure ongoing program-wide compliance with the company’s quality control plan, government and MVM standards, policies, procedures, and guidance; applicable laws and regulations; and MVM Operational policies and procedures
Document, research, analyze, and recommend improvements to business processes and overall organizational performance while ensuring effective contract compliance
Evaluate overall effectiveness and make detailed recommendations to the QC plan and employee performance metrics
Serve as a secondary point of contact for all aspects of program performance
Lead the implementation, management and oversight of all work product reviews and Quality Control Plans
Participate in the drafting and recurring review/updates for all programmatic policies, procedures, and training materials to incorporate best practices and ensure ongoing compliance
Works closely with various departments to include Assistant Program Directors to identify any training needs necessary
Perform quality assurance audits of internal inspections programs (scheduled or unannounced)
Develop and conduct micro and macro audit reviews, operational inspections and analysis of offices, regions, equipment and agency work products and provide detailed reports identifying problem areas
Work with Management team to identify and improve or remedy QC issues throughout the program
Immediately inform MVM Management and program stakeholders of any potential issues or noncompliance
Travel as needed to regional offices and to meet with the client and executive team
What you will need to have:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field
Experience with ISO 9001 certified businesses or a Lead Auditor Certification
5-7 years of demonstrated experience in business process analysis and quality control
Experience in all aspects of managing large contracts
Experience in analyzing information and utilizing data and metrics to identify trends and areas of improvement
Experience in reviewing program requirements and implementing a QC plan to ensure contract compliance
Experience in consistently reviewing program processes to identify any deficiencies
Ability to implement, enforce, and review metrics to identify more efficient processes
Demonstrated experience in rapidly rolling out new policies and procedures as it pertains to contract or operational changes
Experience scheduling personnel
Previous experience serving as a primary or secondary point of contact for executives
Ability to manage and track various personnel across labor categories and positions (e.g. administrative and technical support personnel)
Ability to lead, implement, manage and oversight all of work product reviews and Quality Control plans
Ability to identify training aspects needed across the program’s various departments to improve on programs operational areas
Preferred Skills:
Great organizational and communication skills
Social work background or similar, with experience working on ORR programs
Background and knowledge of ORR programs and policies and experience executing said policies
Local to the Ashburn, VA area
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Security Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship
Must have lived in the US at least three (3) of the past five (5) years
Ability to obtain/maintain a Security Clearance
Favorable credit check
