We are currently recruiting for a Covid-19 Services Coordinator. The Covid-19 Services Coordinator is the first point of contact between the Patient and our Clinic with responsibilities for assisting with COVID-19 vaccine operations and supporting the patient either in person or via the phone with a welcoming voice and offering a professional invitation into our clinic. This position is in a temporary capacity that could lead into a permanent role with the patient services team. We anticipate that this role will continue throughout the duration of the pandemic and remediation.
Essential Functions:

Operations:

Management of COVID-19 vaccination schedule, outreach calls to patients eligible for the vaccine or on the waitlist.
Assist Clinic Manager and Director of Operations with logistics of vaccine pods as assigned.
Receiving and making calls in relation to the Covid19 vaccine clinic.

When not managing Covid-19 related tasks, will assist with transitioning the patient from the point of welcoming the patient into the waiting room to readiness for their appointment start by gathering insurance information and more.
Assisting with managing external and internal calls.
Patient Account Management: Update and maintain accurate patient account records with updates received and document retention in the Electronic Records System. Support patient with access to on-line portal.
Support revenue cycle management with payment collection.
Participate in Team huddles.
Any other duties as assigned.
