Do you have a passion for driving training and development throughout a complex organization?  Do you enjoy finding the root cause behind issues and uniting people to create the solution?


If you have 5 years as a training designer and facilitator this is the job for you!


As a Training Partner, you will be responsible for developing the people that make our company great.  Through a mix of on-line, in-person and webinar formats you will identify training needs and develop and deliver a variety of trainings to this international company. Oversees the employee onboarding program, assisting the various departments through consultation and education.  Design and deliver leadership trainings, giving management a uniform set of executable methodologies to manage and grow their teams.  You will operate our internal Learning Management System and assist other departments with reporting and content management.  Assists with the Human Resource Business Partners with creation and delivery of as-needed learnings for all levels of the company.



Essential Functions  

  • Assess training needs through interactions with operations departments

  • Consult on best design and execution of needed training

  • Design multimedia training for maximum impact on target audience

  • Assist with delivery of training to operations and leadership

  • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) for both users and coursework

  • Oversee off-site learning events and 3rd party training

  • Create reports on the frequency, reception and impact of training efforts

  • Participate in leadership and organizational development discussions

  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Skills needed to be successful

  • Ability to survey and analyze business operations for skill and training gaps

  • Ability to create learning that incorporates Adult Learning Theory

  • Use of learning creation technology: Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Goto, Zoom

  • Excellent on-line and virtual presentation skills

  • Use of LMS for user admin, coursework and reporting – Docebo, Sumtotal

  • Advanced interpersonal, presentation, coaching, and communication skills

  • Ability to appropriate business information and hold discussions around organizational design and personnel

  • Ability to maintain multiple projects simultaneously



Required Experience & Education


  • Bachelor's degree with emphasis in human resources, communication, education or other related major from accredited university.

  • Minimum two years’ experience using e-learning authoring tools to create content

  • Minimum of three years’ experience developing adult learning content

  • Minimum five years’ experience delivering classroom led learning

  • Minimum five years’ experience developing people plans for an organization of at least 500 people

  • Experience developing and maintaining LMS systems


Preferred Experience & Education


  • Seven or more years’ experience in a Training/OD Partner role

  • Training/coaching certifications- (Ex. Crucial Conversations, MBTI, Executive Coaching, ATD)

  • HRCI/SHRM certifications

Physical Requirements


  • Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds with assistance as part of office routine.

  • Up to 10% travel may be required.

  • Travel to client sites that can pose risk associated with healthcare organization.

  • May be required to follow customer location health and safety requirements
