The Global Product Demand organization is chartered with supporting net new growth objectives of the business through the development and execution of persistent marketing programs aligned to HPE’s key market plays. 

The Product Demand Program Manager will be responsible for partnering with Product Demand Play Leads and Product Marketing leads to orchestrate marketing campaigns across the digital demand engine.   This role will also work with industry partners and agencies to deliver on strategic co-marketing plans.

In a typical day as a Product Demand Program Manager, you would:


  • Develop end-to-end project plans and timeline of key milestones and deliverables and project manage deliverables to timelines for HPE and partner orgs.

  • Maintain living content guides, informing of gaps in the buyer’s journey to develop new and engaging content, as needed.

  • Orchestrate the execution of editorial and social amplification content across the plays in partnership with social activation, communications, and experience marketing teams.

  • Partner with analytics team and Play Leads to develop and report out on campaign performance, delivering insights for optimization.

  • Drive tactical content development with assigned agencies, ensuring tactics align to the marketing brief and buyers journey mapping.

  • Manage product-specific always-on programs, as required.

  • Support Demand Ops governance calls – communicating overall timelines, gaps, issues to address with broader teams.

  • Maintain internal collaboration sites for respective plays, ensuring all timelines, deliverables and plans are regularly updated and available to access by key stakeholders.

Education and experience:


  • College degree in marketing/digital marketing

  • 1-3 years marketing/digital marketing experience

  • Agency experience preferred

Knowledge and skills required:


  • Strong collaborator and team player

  • Experience/familiarity with digital marketing practices including social media, organic social, web and paid media.

  • Strong project management skills

  • Creative thinker with strong desire to grow skillset in digital marketing field

  • Excellent written/oral communications

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
