About the Role:
The digital product organization is in charge of driving all digital initiatives at the bank. This team is on point to drive massive growth by expanding the breadth of digital capabilities and delivering differentiated value propositions. This role is responsible for driving a significant aspect of our digital transformation strategy as well as expanding functionality across a brand new digital search engine, digital statements and rich-data transactions details.
The ideal candidate will:
Be passionate about digital capabilities and exploration
Possess a strong digital product management background, be steeped in Design Thinking and agile delivery methodologies, and have a data-driven approach to decision making.
Possess strong prior experience in developing seamless end-to-end digital and cross-channel money management experiences and ideally have exposure to key elements of data visualization & analytics.
Demonstrate an ability to collaborate with developers and data engineers to define the technology infrastructure and data architecture necessary to deliver a breakthrough client-centric experience.

The ideal candidate could include:
2 years of Product Management experience at a large technology firm or 5 years of digital banking experience
A Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering, or other quantitative major that requires structured problem solving
Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively in cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
Strong understanding and working experience with design-thinking best practices to deliver industry-defining digital products and experiences
Knowledge of Agile routines and experience leading in an Agile environment
