An accredited academic hospital located in northern Indiana is currently searching for an experienced Sterile Processing Technician to join their award-winning healthcare team.

The Sterile Processing Technician will work under the supervision and guidance of the Supervisor of Sterile Processing Services. The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible to ensure punctual and precise cleaning, reassembly, packaging, sterilization, storage, and distribution of surgical instruments, medical equipment, and other supplies. The Sterile Processing Technician will ensure proper documentation of all surgical instruments, syringes, and equipment in order to best clean, identify, and inspect.

The Sterile Processing Technician must have prior experience as a Central Service or Sterile Processing Technician. The Sterile Processing Technician must obtain proper Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) certification to be considered for this role.
