What You’ll Get to Do!!
The Marketing Coordinator will contribute to the development and execution of enterprise-wide internal communications, manage organization’s social media presence including creation of original content and provide administration of employee recognition programs and community involvement.
Key functions you will perform!
Executes internal communications utilizing communication tools/company app
Assist in writing content for both print and digital including social media posts, internal communications and marketing collateral as directed
Ensure all communications and talent acquisition marketing materials meet the established brand guidelines and brand identity strategy
Assist communications leader in developing and implementing a communications strategy designed to further company objectives
Assists in updating and monitoring analytics for company websites
Monitor companies’ social media and on-line presence
Serves as a point of contact for Recruiting Department in fielding and developing posts and materials to assist in talent acquisition
Administrator for employee recognition programs under direction of department leader
Assist with event coordination, research and employee participation for community outreach and partnerships
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, English or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a marketing or communications position
Must have excellent writing and editing skills
Be able to communicate clearly and effectively
Superior time management and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of email marketing software such as Twilio/SendGrid or a similar platform
Knowledge of Social Chorus or similar workforce communications software
