Job Description Summary

Our fast-growing hotel company is looking for a Digital Advertising Manager to help drive guest acquisition with performance marketing. This individual will navigate the hyper-competitive landscape of hotel paid media with the ability to keep an eye on the big picture but dive deep into the nuance of specific placements to identify opportunities. As the point person for this program, the manager will ensure that Sonesta’s media partners are executing an ever-evolving program effectively.

This remote position will report to the Sr. Director of E-Commerce.

Job Description

Responsibilities

· Develop and operate digital advertising plan incorporating brand and hotel objectives.

· Coordinate campaign production, development, and execution.

· Maintain expertise of the hotel advertising landscape and the specifics of how placements function.

· Model the use of analytics for data-driven decision making to achieve high performance.

· Sustain financial discipline while managing budgets and acquisition costs.

· Evaluate, test, and champion emerging acquisition channels and tactics.

· Coordinate cross-channel campaigns with other channel leads.

Additional Job Description

Qualifications

· 4+ years of focused experience working on large-scale, complex digital campaigns

· Deep knowledge of digital advertising tactics (SEM, Display, Social, etc).

· Strong analytic skills with proficiency in Google Analytics & Excel.

· Project and partner management skills.

· Outstanding presentation, written and oral communication skills.

· Pluses include: Hotel industry, Google Ads Certification

· BA/BS or equivalent is required (concentration in Business/Marketing a plus).
