The primary responsibility of this position is to be a trusted technology learning partner for Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) and Commercial Bank (CB) to execute the Global Technology learning strategy in accordance with identified business priorities. In partnership with the business and HR, this role is a key enabler in the ability of Global Technology achieving its vision of creating an inspired and engaged technology workforce, which focuses on deepening expertise and accelerating skill development to meet business demand and transform the way technology operates.
This role is the strategic point of contact for the function and the Tech centers and has accountability for identifying opportunities to drive globally consistent learning solutions. This learning leader should be results driven, forward looking and collaborative, driving the adoption of the latest learning solutions by being current on recent industry trends and partnering with the Learning Solution Center, Shared Services, HR Partners, Hub Leads and Business Stakeholders to deliver.
This role reports into the Head of Technology Learning for Digital, Operations and Technology (DOT) Learning.

Data & Tech Literacy - Leverages data analytics and digital solutions to create new insights and deliver well designed training solutions that support business transformation
Market & Product Knowledge - Demonstrates a thorough understanding of our products, systems and end to end processes, and keeps abreast of market and industry trends
Continuous Improvement - Applies innovation and design thinking techniques to continually challenge and improve the efficiency, scale, and resilience of our training solutions
Risk, Controls & Conduct - Champions our "How We Do Business" culture at all times, and applies a preventative controls mind-set wherever possible to manage & mitigate risk
