Our Consulting practice seeks an experienced advisory/consulting professional with audit and transactions due diligence experience to join our Financial Advisory Services team as a Senior Consultant focused on Transaction Services. In this position you will work as part of a team that performs due diligence engagements for both private equity and corporate buyers, analyzing and evaluations financial statements and operating trends that help define sustainable earnings for clients in a variety of industries.

Professional Responsibilities:

• Work as a part of a team performing financial due diligence engagements for clients in a variety of industries


• Perform financial analysis and evaluations of client financial statements and operating procedures to identify trends in sustainable earnings


• Perform analysis on assigned tasks that include quality of earnings, financial trends and working capital calculations


• Assist with preparation of reports, presentations and other client deliverables


• Keep firm partners and client management aware of any significant matters identified that impact the engagement and client's financial position


• Maintain a professional demeanor in a demanding, deadline-driven team environment at all times

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance or a Business-related field of study


• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in audit or consulting, with transaction advisory services experience


• Experience in a CPA firm, a professional services firm or a consulting practice


• Solid understanding of technical accounting areas such as US GAAP and IFRS


• Prior experience with data room products


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)


• Solid business writing aptitude


• Travel to client locations as needed


• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
