Inventory Associate - full-time Omaha, NE at Borsheims in Omaha, Nebraska

Job Description:

Borsheims is looking for a full-time Inventory Associate in the Omaha area. At Borsheims, our purpose is to provide our Signature Service to every customer, and you will play a vital role in helping us do that.

We are looking for someone who will deliver Borsheims' Signature Service to our customers by ensuring Borsheims merchandise is received accurately and on time. You will also be expected to communicate with Buyers, Sales Associates, and other staff about inventory questions and the status of special orders or returns. You have prior inventory receiving and processing experience and are detail-oriented. Could that be you?

You Are:

• 
  Detail-Oriented & Organized. You're diligent in receiving and processing inventory. You take pride in your accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to be organized. You assume ownership of our inventory database's accuracy of new merchandise as well as merchandise that needs to be returned to vendors.
• 
  Analytical. You're a data-driven person who enjoys analyzing reports to ensure inventory cycle counts are correct, verifying customer memos are within the system, assisting with inventory variances and more.
• 
  Problem-solver. You pride yourself in resolving inventory variances promptly. You are determined to find a positive solution for inventory issues and inquiries.
• 
  Effective Communicator. You're able to communicate with Buyers, Sales Associates and other staff about inventory questions and status of orders via email, over the phone and in-person.

  Service-Minded. You're a vital part of ensuring Borsheims has a large selection of merchandise for our customers to choose from for all their special moments. You are prompt in processing inventory because you know the customer is waiting in anticipation for their special piece. You know exactly what to do to make our frontline employees and Borsheims shine.

• Move about the store from department to department.
• Operate a 10-key.
• Lift and carry approximately 20 pounds.
