If you are a professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson Commercial and Residential Solutions- InSinkErator has an exciting opportunity for you!  Based in our Racine, WI location, you will be responsible for the Company’s Sales, Inventory & Operation Planning (SIOP) process. This position manages the planning process in support of the Division’s Sales, Inventory & Operational Objectives. This includes responsibility for our formal monthly presentation to the Division’s Executive Staff.  Position provides insights and recommendations regarding the Sales Forecast & Demand Planning Process, Inventory Objectives, Manufacturing Capabilities and are in balance with our changing customer requirements.   This position owns the SIOP process and leads the Organization with an effective and responsive program.   

AS SUPPLY CHAIN & LOGISTICS PROFESSIONAL, YOU WILL: 


  • Manage the Global SIOP Process throughout the company from design, execution and operational management of a Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process.

  • Identify key data needs, metrics and inputs that Support a Global and World Class SIOP Process that truly connects all steps and processes from demand planning thru to Customer Delivery.  Understand and communicate plan changes, risks and the plan’s performance.

  • Lead the internal process and cultural changes associated with connecting the stakeholders to ensure a seamless and effective Global SIOP Process.

  • Implement and manage a highly defined Process & Data Collection for all Foreign Subsidiaries that mainstreams into the total Process Planning.

  • The SIOP Manager is responsible to support all affected locations and functions to provide consistency and unified approach to the company wide process. 

  • Work closely with Sales/Business Intelligence to understand customer demand and carry customer requirements thru the production planning and Operations execution.

  • This position assumes the primary responsibility for guiding and facilitating training to all areas of the organization and Executive Staff as necessary to educate on the SIOP Process.

  • Present portions of the Monthly SIOP Presentation In front of Senior Management.

  • Assist in any duties identified as needed.

  • Provide supervision and direction to SIOP Analyst and Demand Supervisor.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field and a minimum of four years of significant relevant experience in S&OP/ SIOP.  Alternatively, 10+ years of relevant experience in Business Intelligence, Supply Chain or Demand Planning

  • Strong Analytical Skills, communication and presentation skills required

  • Ability to Lead Process and ability to influence Non-Direct reports on a cross functional team

  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills required

  • Ability to build strong relationships and be an excellent team player

  • Good verbal and written communication skills and computer skills required

  • Strong customer orientation and interpersonal skills required

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship for this role will not be provided


 PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:  


  • Strong working knowledge of Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain Databases, Data Warehouse, Domo

  •  Familiarity with Anaplan
