Duties & Responsibilities:
Utilize the e-commerce web site and our preferred Job quoting system.
Obtain material from vendors and create customer sales quotes
Actively participate/lead and manage our commercial job tracking efforts. This includes tracking and generating leads for the sales team utilizing our preferred technology platform and job tracking services. Maintain and update Job Tracking Form with all information available.
Order entry for sales team which includes stock and non-stock items
Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps and Sales Managers to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
Work with Outside Sales and become a liaison to customers to coordinate sales and special job pricing
Maintain customer accounts
Sales administrative tasks
Job follow ups
Job quoting and maintain knowledge of pricing in the market
Focus on product knowledge and the basic understanding of manufacturers products and identifying terms to help with job quoting and submittal process
Provide submittals to our customers for our sales team on jobs awarded
Assist the team when an individual is away from the office. This may include outside sales, front end and dispatch
Be proficient on our operating system (GUI/CHUI), Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, sales, and pricing
Assist with monthly/quarterly inventory counting and reconciliation
Show problem solving skills to assist our sales team

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors or Associates Degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of related work experience
Strong Microsoft office skills
Comfortable meeting with vendors and customers
Physical Demands:
Must be able to remain in stationary position 70%
Occasionally, will move about inside the office to access files, office machinery, etc.
Must be able to operate basic office machinery
Must be able to communicate with team and management and be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
Constantly working in office environment
Must be able to travel when necessary for face to face customer interaction
