What you will do:

As our Maintenance Technician you will perform maintenance repairs to electrical, plumbing and appliances in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner; and, you will help to prepare vacant apartments for new residents to move in.

Depending on the needs of the apartment community, you may also assist with maintaining our winning curb appeal by helping to keep the buildings, grounds and pools neat, clean and tidy.

What you need to be successful:

Qualified Maintenance Technicians will have experience with maintenance repairs, reliable transportation, and will be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
