The Opportunity:

This is an opportunity to manage a talented team of senior-level product managers who are focused on delivering the industry-leading Customer Communications Management (CCM) platform. Your team (and you) will: own product strategy and design and deliver compelling short and long-term product roadmaps aligned with the business strategy, to drive more revenue & new business. Work collaboratively with Engineering and UX Designers to develop and deliver high-quality, compelling products that fulfill the vision & strategy. Engage with customers and assist direct sales and partners in closing key deals; assist Support and Engineering on key customer & partner issues to improve total customer experience. Build comprehensive knowledge of best practices around CCM and use this knowledge to help us tell our story.

What It Takes:

  • 3+ years of experience in a management or high-level leadership role. Product management leadership a plus
  
  
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management
  
  
  • Experience in the CCM domain is preferred
  
  
  • Prior experience in working in a customer-facing role is strongly preferred
  
  
  • Experience with agile methodologies of software development a significant plus
