Full-Time
Experienced Non-Manager
A Mold Machine Set-up will work with the mold repair supervisor on moving molds. This person will set-up, operate 10 molding machines, and adjust injection mold machines used to mold plastic materials to specified shape.

• Molding Room helper 10 Injection Presses


• feed hoppers 10 presses


• Must left up to 50 lbs or more


• Mix resin.


• Un-jam presses.


• Sort plastic.


• Detail and rework plastic parts (small hand tools)


• Weight count plastic parts using dept. scale.


• Fill out proper paper work.


• Truck parts to inspection.

Requirements:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent


• Must be able to read


• Must be able follow instructions given by team leader or supervisor


• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Essential Requirements:

• Vision acuity required


• Strong Gripping capabilities


• Gripping with both hands required, fixtures, occasionally used to hold parts in place


• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
