Job Description:

Executive Admin needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Burbank, CA!

The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:


  • Minimum 5 plus years proven administrative experience supporting at the executive level

  • Experience coordinating varied executive travel arrangements

  • Experience with HRIS systems like Workday and Atlassian Jira Cloud a plus

What You'll Be Doing:


  • Acts as point of contact for onboarding of any new team members; facilitating the IT and overall startup process.

  • Provides calendar, scheduling, expense report and general administrative support for domestic executives on the team.

  • Coordinates departmental team and general meetings.

  • Organizes internal events as needed coordinating logistics, including securing venues, providing catering, providing security credentials, arranging A/V setup, etc.

  • Creates and maintains departmental internal and external communications including but not limited to: a updating overall WarnerMedia Enterprise Inclusion team calendar of events and producing a monthly talent development newsletter.

  • Assists with Pipeline Program administrative coordination including but not limited to: helping set interviews for program applicants and creating program related materials for participants.

  • Books travel and processes payment for talent participating in showcases and/or pipeline programs.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:


  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum 5 plus years proven administrative experience supporting at the executive level.

  • Experience coordinating varied executive travel arrangements.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Competencies: - client service - creativity - teamwork - organizational skills.

  • Must be MS Office proficient: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • High level of confidentiality required.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • The ability to work independently as well as part of the team.

  • The ability to prioritize work to effectively handle projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
