The Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for managing all inventory control related activities, including shipping and receiving material.
What You Will Do In Your Role
Manage and maintain material inventory and stock locations
Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting/ inventory accuracy checks
Minimize overstock and removal of obsolete materials
Ensure incoming product is receipted and distributed or placed in inventory appropriately (Note: May need to handle objects and packaged that can weigh up to 50 lbs)
Check accuracy of the stock management system
Report reorder needs to meet minimum stock on hand quantities
Schedule outgoing shipment
Send tracking information and documentation to appropriate persons
Track FedEx, UPS, and USPS delivery status for both incoming and outgoing
Sign receipt of incoming FedEx, UPS, or USPS deliveries
Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure accuracy and facilitate engineering development
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Previous inventory control work experience
Strong attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Excel and SAP Training
Previous shipping and receiving work experience
MS Office applications and Outlook
Working knowledge of SAP or other related stock management systems
