IMPORTANT Criteria
Must 1) be within 75 miles of Houston, and 2) be a seasoned insurance sales agent already (NPN, resident state license or more, appointed to sell different insurance carriers).
The Account Executive is responsible for selling term life insurance, final expense insurance, whole life insurance and other ancillary insurance products to consumers through inbound and outbound leads. This position does not require cold calling or prospecting, all leads are provided to the Account Executive.
You'll be joining a brand new team and, therefore, you'll be at the ground floor as we're building up the organization. We need ambitious leaders who aren't afraid of big goals and moving quickly to hit them.
This is a unique selling opportunity that offers the flexibility of remote work but also the stability of an office setting if you so choose. Employees will be able to work remotely most of the time, but there is also an expectation that employees come into the Houston office location for training and intermittent co-working sessions. At ASSURANCE, we want to provide our teams with the flexibility to work from their homes but also a home base with the resources and training to succeed.
