Position at Orion Advisor Technology

Robot Process Automation (RPA) engineers are responsible for the creation, design, development, and implementation of RPA systems (bots). They are required to investigate, analyze, and set up automated processes to maximize efficiency for a business model.

• Provide guidance with process design


• Design, develop, test automation workflows


• Deployment of RPA components: bots, robots, development tools


• Support the implementation of RPA solutions


• Create process documentation


• Assure the quality of the automation (QA processes)

Technical Skills:

• Technical knowledge on leading automation tools, e.g., Blue Prism and UiPath


• Background with development code preferred, e.g., Angular, C#, C++,.NET, SQL


• Basic programming knowledge on HTML, JavaScript (or any scripting language)


• Experience with Agile development methodology


• Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning


• Basic understanding of Query and SQL to be used for the decision making using the data in Automation


• Medium understanding of XML, XPaths and working with XML documents, to manipulate any elements as required during automation


• ai à L2 Certified for the usage of the tool ( post hire )

Other Abilities:

• Understanding of Automation tools


• Understanding of workflow-based logic


• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills


• Talent to present technical details


• Logical thinking and problem-solving knowledge to convert the solution into Automation


• Able to implement a solution utilizing the SDD (Solution Design Document)


• Sufficient knowledge in Python to write small functions as required using python libraries


• High degree of curiousity in learning new technologies and building processes


• Ability to multi-task and have sense of urgency/respond in timely manners
