Job Description:

Must be knowledgeable of industry standards and guidance (or trainable). Support the Quality Department with various tasks to ensure Quality Management System compliance and continual improvement.

- Assists in the development of effective internal quality processes and necessary documentation.
- Coordinates the configuration control of policies, procedures, guides, and forms with Process Owners.

- Assists employees to ensure compliance with established Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures.
- Conducts reviews of process documentation and ensures associated material is compliant with relevant industry standards and guides.

- Coordinates logistics for Quality Department audits.
- Participates in Quality Management System internal audits as well as the development of required audit reports.

- Represents the Quality department to customers, audit teams, and management.
- Champions continuous improvement efforts by assisting members of other departments.
- Assists in analysis of the Quality Objectives and aids in developing reports for Management Review.
- Coordinates special projects for the Quality Department as needed.

- Develops and provides newcomer and annual refresher training for product development personnel based on Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).
- Maintains training records and metrics for Quality provided training.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Adobe PDF.
- Logical thinker with a high attention to detail.
- Flexible with changing tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work well with others at all levels of management and supporting workforce.
