Position Summary:The Maintenance Technician II specializes in Electrical and Mechanical systems. Responsibilities include safely troubleshooting, repairing, installing, maintaining and improving production and facility equipment (electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic) to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.
Qualifications:

• Diagnose and repair complex electro-mechanical problems with manufacturing equipment


• Perform simple to complex mechanical Preventative Maintenance Tasks following instructions


• Perform detailed setup on equipment including recipe changes and control adjustments


• Repair and keep mechanical machine components in top operating condition


• Intermediate understanding of electrical principles such as voltage, current and resistance


• Diagnose and repair electrical control circuits, field devices, sensors, photo eyes, etc.


• Intermediate understanding of electrical safety and motor control circuits and programmable drives


• Troubleshoot the inputs and outputs on PLC and repair issues found


• Complete projects to add electrical circuits and controls, new equipment and relocate machines


• Maintain and repair pneumatic systems including repairs of cylinders and other components


• Enter all work completed in computer-based maintenance program


• Monitor and report spare parts usage including completing parts order forms


• Other duties / responsibilities as needed
