Leepfrog Technologies, Inc. provides its CourseLeaf software to more than 300 of the nation's most academically complex colleges and universities to manage their academic catalogs, curriculum, section scheduling, and student course search requirements. The CourseLeaf Curriculum Inventory Management system (CIM) improves how new and existing courses and programs are modified, tracked, and approved. The software is designed to manage program and course updates all online; creating a consistent process for clients.
The Support Form Technician is primarily responsible for translating client requests and feedback into the maintenance of a form within the CIM system. This person will be responsible for supporting Client Service Managers to finish projects in the heaviest testing phase in implementation. This individual will also dotted-line report into the Integration Analyst Team to stay current on form-builder best practices and provide client feedback during bi-weekly meetings. A desirable Support Form Technician candidate is detail oriented and strives for high quality. A combination of overall, familiarity with customer service, and interpersonal skills is preferred and will frequently reap the greatest rewards.

Duties
· Maintain an in-depth working knowledge of Leepfrog software and how it can be configured, customized and implemented to meet client requirements.
· Develop deep understanding of client needs for their curriculum requirements.
· Use CourseLeaf software to maintain forms in CIM.
· Provides form-builder feedback to the internal team for review.
· Translates client requests and implements client feedback into CIM forms.
· Maintain effective customer service relationship with clients.
· Writes reports and documentation as needed.
· Other tasks as needed for successful project completion.
· Assist the Support Team as necessary during peak support task time.
