In this amazing role, you’ll research, design, develop, configure, integrate, test and maintain existing and new business applications and/or information systems solutions including databases through integration of technical and business requirements. Applications and infrastructure solutions include both 3rd party software and internally developed applications and infrastructure. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analysis of business requirements, coding of modifications or new program, creation of documentation, testing and maintenance of applications, infrastructure, and information systems including database management systems. Works within the Information Technology function, obtaining resources and working in support of objectives and strategies. Provides required documentation and participates in architecture reviews to ensure that the solutions comply with standards and use approved technologies. Typical customers are company end users and various functional areas such as Supply Chain, Research and Development, Marketing, Finance, a business, or the company. How you’ll make your mark:


  • 5 or more years of experience writing code (such as, and not limited to, Java, C, C++, C#, VB.Net; databases like SqlServer/ Oracle; and Testing tools Experience of multiple full release cycles.

  • Database integration skills covering Oracle, SQL Server

  • EXPERT level Salesforce Technical Lead Experience

  • Strong working knowledge of creating enhancements to Salesforce.com (SF) platform

  • Expert level knowledge of creating new integrations for SF Automation and reporting

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Architecting SaaS Solutions including Financial Force

  • Technology & integration skills covering Web services, Kafka, SNAPLogic, TIBCO, SOAP/XML, JSON

  • Proficiency in any Object Oriented language like Java, .net etc

  • Building applications using node.js

  • Experience in building integrations between heterogeneous systems

  • Knowledge in building integrations for IOT

  • Overall, 8+ years of experience in delivering frontend and supply chain solutions integrated with CRM and ERP systems.

  • Hands on exposure in building enterprise applications using different open source platforms on Linux environment.

  • Understanding of application, server, and network security

  • Exposure to security patterns like SSL, OAUTH, SAML

  • Clear understanding on architectural and design patterns

  • Advanced understanding of modern software development methodologies.

  • Advanced understanding of modern software development tools and SCM.

  • Advanced understanding of Software Test methodologies, and an expert in testing tools. Expert in Database Administration.

  • General Project Management. Customer/ Vendor Management. Business Analysis.

  • Advanced Web technologies. Good verbal and written communication skills; influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team. Demonstrated technical leadership skills.

Requirements:


  • Participates as a member of and leads development teams. Performs analysis of complex functional and business requirements. Prepares code stubs for others. Completes code to implement solutions. Designs solutions for others to code. Participates in cross-functional teams. Leads design activities May provide mentoring and guidance to other developers. Designs, prepares and executes Unit tests. Represents team to client/customers.

  • Demonstrates technical leadership, and exerts influence outside of immediate team. Develops innovative team solutions to complex problems. Contributes to strategic direction for teams.

  • Applies in-depth or broad technical knowledge to provide maintenance solutions across one or more technology areas (e.g. Database Administration).

  • Performs solution design. Applies the company and 3rd party technologies and leads design of highly complex infrastructure and software solutions.

  • Independently implements end- user or enterprise infrastructure or services of significant complexity.

  • Integrates technical expertise and business understanding to create superior solutions for the company and customers. Mentors and consults with team members and other organizations, customer and vendors on complex issues.

About you:


  • Typically a technical Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 10 years of related experience or a Master's degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience.

  • 5+ years of extensive experience with services supply chain solutions.

  • Excellent oral and written communication, time management and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization

  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to clearly present data, context and implications to senior business and IT leaders

  • Ability to manage lead, manage and coordinate teams responsible for design, development and delivery to deliver the roadmap. This may be through a combination of insourced and outsourced implementation and support.

  • Contributes to application development project plans; approve scope of work, time and cost estimates, resource allocation, and identification of critical path activities and dependencies.

  • Identifies and resolves problems which may impact projects by monitoring progress and project status.

  • Ability to work with a global team, experienced in handling team across various cultures and managing a remote team

  • Manages the end-to-end Functional Architecture creation through deep application knowledge

  • Apply advanced subject matter knowledge to complex business issues, and is regarded as a subject matter expert.

  • Ability to manage lead, manage and coordinate teams responsible for design, development and delivery to deliver the roadmap. This may be through a combination of insourced and outsourced implementation and support.

  • Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge levels and acumen specific to understanding underlying client business problems and technology-enabled solutions that addresses the needs of large organizations, including how to implement technology solutions to help streamline organizational needs and meet legal-related and industry-specific compliance standards and regulations.

  • Understanding and solving business and technology challenges related to the implementation and integration of CRM/ERP technologies, delivering Social & Mobile Enterprise platforms, and designing and developing platform-based applications that meet business needs.

  • Demonstrates proven extensive knowledge and success as a team leader, including: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust and seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation.
