Job Description:

Arcadis is seeking an IT Data Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Full SDLC - initiating projects, tracking project milestones, reporting and delivery team.
  
  
• Provide oversight of engineering delivery, from design through construction closeout, collaboration with engineering design to prepare proposals, and chairing monthly & quarterly PPW meetings.
  
  
• Demonstrate ability to bridge the gap between IT, Business Users, & Senior Management.
  
  
• Initiate and implement cost constructive reports in project development, cost effectiveness, timely analysis of projects.
  
  
• Strategize the Project Delivery system for timely submission of cost effective reports.
  
  
• Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings with IT department, engineering department, PMO office in order to track budget/actual, schedule, cost estimates, scope of work, project tracking through every stage.
  
  
• Monitor and track performance of projects in construction in terms of substantial completion, potential risks, schedules and WIP budget.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, Math, or related discipline
• SQL and Power BI knowledge and Hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft based applications : Power Automate, Sharepoint, Powerpoint
• Advanced user of Excel, able to manipulate data, write macros and create pivot tables

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated problem solving skills
  
  
• Python/R or any other scripting language
  
  
• IBM Cognos experience.
