Job Description:

PxP Onboarding Program Manager
Job Responsibilities:


  • Assesses project risks and determines risk resolution strategies.

  • Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.

  • Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.

  • Develop evaluation methods to assess project strengths and identify areas of improvement

  • Manage project and operational components to support the strategic direction of the organization.

  • Collaborate within the project framework to align team efforts around program goals; report on status and escalate challenges to program leadership


 
Education:

Required:


  • Bachelor's Degree


Preferred:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in IT healthcare management or business administratio

  • PMP Certification

 
Experience:
Required:


  • 3+ years proven experience in project management


Preferred:

  • Proven stakehold management skills and experience managing a team

Summary:
Be a part of the team that is leading the company-wide initiative of transitioning our entire client base to our new patient experience platform.

Plan, develop, execute and deliver a throughput program and throughput/slotting calendar to upgrade and transition client systems according to multi-factor considerations and strict deadlines. Work with project teams to determine critical milestones and deliverables and communicate and educate all aspects of the program to internal teams and across departments and functions. Work with internal teams to establish a framework for a repeatable process. Ensure successful completion of project activities with project teams that include coordinating, executing and delivering the deliverables for the Patient Experience Platform. Create project schedule and monitor progress toward plan of all related project teams, identify challenges, mitigate risks and ensure corrective actions are taken when need to attain objectives. Responsible for developing and delivering executive reporting.
