Nemours is looking for a Temporary Marketing Specialist. This is a 6 months long assignment.

Marketing Automation Specialist

SUMMARY:

As an Email/Marketing Automation Specialis you will be responsible for managing a variety of email and lead nurturing campaigns across Nemours. In this role, you will help ensure that email projects follow constantly evolving email marketing best practices and will offer input into the communications process flow and behavioral logic.

In this position you will be responsible for working with the Digital Campaign Manager, as well as Content Coordinators to support a variety of automated and highly segmented communications including thank you, reminder, newsletter, and campaign follow-up emails, etc.  You will also help with the production of personalized landing pages as well as other online projects on an as needed basis. 

As the ideal candidate you will work both collaboratively and autonomously within the web production team. You must also have email project management experience, an aptitude for learning new technology and an ability to handle a high volume of work.

Your responsibilities will include assisting in all aspects of email project management through each stage of execution, including:


  • Experience with salesforce marketing cloud

  • Helping internal team and stakeholders understand the benefits of marketing automation

  • Defining and documenting all required project tasks and keeping client service leads up to date on status and potential issues

  • Mastering multiple email platforms to manage email process including set up, test blasts, approval, quality control

  • Delivering weekly reports on the status of each campaign schedule, milestone achieved, and identified risk, as well as resolving issues that could potentially cause delays 

  • Ensuring projects are implemented according to requirements as well as coordinating workload with team members, and sometimes outside agency partners

  • Handling quality control for emails and sometimes personalized landing pages, including proofreading and insuring correct rendering across various  devices, browsers and operating systems; executing detailed quality control check points to ensure email programs are operating as required

  • Making recommendations to optimize email performance 

    DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:



  • Excellent project management skills

  • Analytical and data-driven with a solid understanding of nurturing and funnel optimization techniques

  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing automation capabilities such as lead scoring, trigger-based messaging, and progressive profiling, etc.

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high stress environment and ensures follow-through on every matter with the ability to move projects forward in a firm but respectable way

  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading skills

  • Comfortable with troubleshooting technical issues and willing to learn various online platforms and technology

  • Flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Extremely proactive problem solver who anticipates potential project roadblocks and enlists teammates to help resolve them

  • Comfortable with data and reporting

  • Strong HTML and CSS skills, and working knowledge of JavaScript

  • Ability to customize existing or design and develop new email templates that are responsive, or otherwise designed/coded, to display correctly on mobile as well as desktop screens   

  • Ability to create images and graphics that are in keeping with established brand guidelines, aesthetically pleasing and optimized for the Web

  • Keen understanding and knowledge of  best practices in regards to email and other online user experience 

    QUALIFICATIONS:



  • 3-5 years of related work experience in the digital or interactive marketing communications space required, ideally within an agency or healthcare provider environment

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Experience in email marketing or a web-related field such as web analytics, front-end web development or web design

  • Experience with cloud-based applications and email campaign deployment software

  • Working knowledge of email deliverability best practices
