Georgia-Pacific LLC is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven and experienced IT Systems Analyst to join our Consumer Products IT team to support our Neenah Technical Center (NTC); GP’s highly innovative product development facility. The role will be in Neenah, WI and work as part of a team to support the resources, projects and technology. This position will take guidance from a manager but is also expected to be able to work independently by understanding our goals, using judgment and taking initiative.
What You Will Do In Your Role
This role is multi-dimensional encompassing functional, technical, and project management responsibilities.
As the local resource you would be responsible for.
- Windows Server technologies, virtual server environments
- Business and process control LANs, wireless networking
- Windows desktops, storage and backups
- Cloud computing including AWS and Azure
- Recognizing and escalating issues when necessary
- Ability and willingness to learn and assist in the support of:
- GP and NTC business models to participate in solutioning business needs
- Gathering and understanding business requirements and translating to technology solutions
- Documenting functional and technical requirements
- Testing and evaluating software solutions
- Coordinating project activities and managing small projects
- Communicating with stakeholders and software development teams on and offshore
The Experience You Will Bring
Requirements:
- Associate degree in the Information Technology field
- At least 3 years of experience working in business or IT functions
- At least 1 years of experience managing a Windows Server environment including DNS
- At least 1 years of experience troubleshooting, implementing, configuring and upgrading Cisco network equipment
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 product suite
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience or training in process control systems
- Experience managing small projects and understanding of SDLC
- Understanding of IoT concepts
- Experience with SQL databases
- Experience as a SharePoint site administrator.
· Experience developing Nintex forms and workflows.
