About the Role


Without the expertise and dedication of our IT Team Managers, we would not be able to deliver superior services and products to our customers.  This role offers an opportunity to leverage your existing skillset and become grounded in management practices and the BOKF culture. You will oversee a small team of highly-talented IT professionals that support some of the most critical applications at the bank.  You will also develop relationships with IT professionals across the bank and partner closely with the business line.

How You'll Spend Your Time



  • You will utilize your system knowledge to provide a hands-on problem-solving approach with the team pertaining to support, maintenance, and enhancements of critical applications.

  • You will leverage your leadership skills to bring the team together to accomplish goals, which includes organizing priorities and delegating work assignments.

  • You will tailor your communication skills to provide clear direction and feedback with the staff.  

  • You will apply your business acumen to help facilitate meetings and provide solutions to ensure the successful execution of projects.

  • You will develop and maintain respectable relationships with internal business partners.

COMMUNICATION: You’ll need exceptional verbal and written communication to express yourself clearly and concisely to internal and external clients, including C-level audiences.

TECHNICAL SKILLS: Because you are the Manager, it is vital to be tech-savvy. You will need to be able to understand the systems you support, integrations, and how it affects all sides.

RELATIONSHIP BUILDER: You relate to any audience and build trust by leveraging strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity.

RESULTS ORIENTED:  You show initiative as you focus on the desired deliverables, while meeting and exceeding your goals.

PROBLEM SOLVER: You are able to track and solve complex problems in a variety of situations and function effectively in rapidly changing or uncertain conditions.

Education & Experience Requirements


This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Management, or a related field and 7-10 years of directly related professional experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
