About the Role

Without the expertise of our Consulting Business Analysts, we would not be able to deliver superior services and products to our customers.  This role offers an opportunity to build upon your existing skill set and learn new applications. You will be part of a highly-talented team of IT professionals that supports some of the most critical applications at the bank.  You will also develop relationships with IT professionals across the bank and partner closely with the line of business.

How You'll Spend Your Time

• You will use your exceptional analysis and problem solving skills to support several critical applications.


• You will utilize your vast knowledge of troubleshooting to take on incidents and on call rotations.


• You will apply your business acumen to help facilitate meetings and provide solutions for complex projects.


• You will leverage your attention to detail to write functional business requirements and create reports from database repositories. 


• You will be responsible for complex systems process analysis, design, simulation, testing, implementation, application configuration, and deployments.


• You will help mentor junior analysts as you are the most knowledgeable in your space.

We'd Like to Talk to You

ATTENTION TO DETAIL:  You must be thorough and accurate in your data analysis and solicitation of requirements to provide the best information.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:  

• Your experience with complex SQL queries will help set you up for success, and your ability to troubleshoot and create detailed documentation is a plus. 


• 10+ years experience in roles such as IT Business Analyst, Technical Support, or System Administration in a business-user facing software package.


• 2+ years experience scripting or developing with an object-oriented language or equivalent experience conducting fill-gap analysis between a software package and business requirements. 


• Experience with structured change management processes utilizing Change Sets, VS, Source Control, or other relevant change management tools


• Knowledge of integration and API concepts as it relates to inbound and outbound data flow

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Technology and 3-5 years of directly related professional experience in MIS or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
