JOB SUMMARY

Provide management, leadership, and direction to a group of program/project leaders to ensure that Jabil’s Healthcare standards are

upheld throughout each project’s execution. The PMO Manager is responsible for overseeing the work of all project management

office personnel, including ownership of accurate project planning. Technically capable of leading the development, management

and evaluation of highly complex healthcare technology projects. This includes developing complex business proposals, SOWs,

project schedule, financials forecast, etc. The PMO Manager will collaborate with various Functional Managers, and Business

Units leaders to ensure all projects are successful and meet customer expectation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for his team to prioritize tasks, set deadlines and assign staff to various deliverables so that each project can hit the

ground running with minimal wasted time and resources.

Responsible for the analysis of financial data as it pertains to each project in STP Design. This includes the proper distribution

and allocation of resources, the implementation of budgets and the quantification of monetary risk and impact.

Responsible to provide frequent budget outlines and financial reports for all projects to the next level of management.

·

Experience with Earned Value Management including the ability to forecast project budget, manage actual costs compared to

budget on a weekly/monthly basis, and estimate percent complete of project activities and tangible outputs/deliverables.

Responsible to ensure that all processes related to a project’s completion are carried out in the most efficient and effective

manner while simultaneously upholding the local QMS processes.

·

Responsible to improve new and pre-existing project management processes, continually reevaluate whether each project is

meeting the applicable processes and engage in problem solving with other Managers and personnel.

·

Responsible for ensuring all of the project's technological requirements and/or objectives are correctly gathered, understood

and properly translated for execution.

·

Responsible for all project risk reviews and appropriate mitigation.

·

Responsible for facilitating communication as appropriate to all involved and "manage" the stakeholders. This includes

escalate issues to the next level of management.

·

Responsible for forecasting project headcount and budget needs for financial planning.

·

Accountable for overall project success - including cost, schedule, quality, and scope management.

·

Accountable for customer satisfaction / relationship both internal and external.

·

Facilitate communication as appropriate to all involved and effectively manage complex stakeholder needs. This includes

escalating issues to the next level of management.

·

Ability to form and lead strong multi-functional teams to achieve company and customer objectives.

·

Understand and exceed customer needs and expectations.

·

Six Sigma background or related methodical or analytical skills to help identify and streamline non-value add project activities

and processes.

·

Ensure all sensitive and confidential information is handled appropriately.

·

This individual will be the direct link to our customers, so candidates need to be confident, articulate, disciplined and a good

communicator during the interview process.

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by next level of management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

·        Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.

· Minimum of 10+ years of project management experience.

· Minimum of 5+ years of Agile project management experience (Hardware Projects included)

· Minimum of 5+ years of Healthcare project management experience (Medical Equipment)

· Minimum of 3+ years of managing a PMO team

· PMP certification is required

· Demonstrated Project Management experience with Medical Devices involving electromechanical systems and disposables

from an early concept stage to manufacturing launch.

· Technical background and experience with demonstrated ability to recognize, assess, and communicate cross-functional issues

and risks.

· Demonstrated experience managing design projects as part of a contract design and engineering organization is desired.

· Demonstrated experience managing Projects with multiple engineering disciplines on multi-site global Projects.

· Medical Device (equipment and disposables) experience and understanding of Quality Management Systems and Design

Controls.
