Job Description: Ultra Maritime has an exciting opportunity for a HR Coordinator to join the HR Team in Yaphank, NY.
Ultra is currently going through an exciting period of transformation, implementing a HR Strategy and is looking for a candidate who can embrace, support, and help embed change. The successful candidate will work closely with the operating business unit as well as the wider Ultra HR function. The HR Team supports approximately 200 employees over 2 locations within the US and is part of the wider Global SMaP HR team.
Key responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator who can support change and embedding of the new MyHR system Workday. The role will handle a variety of HR related tasks daily, while being able to multitask and prioritize effectively. A natural and engaging communicator, comfortable building strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will have experience working with HR Information Systems and Workday. The role will provide a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their skills and experience working within a HR team. In order to be successful, the candidate will have an informal yet professional style and enjoy working in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
