Responsible for performing all required functions necessary within the Contract Administration area, including setting up new contracts, data entry of item detail, and verifying pricing for the customer. Responsible for the tracking, maintenance, and filing of all vendor pricing contracts. Investigates all customer pricing discrepancies, making appropriate corrections as needed. Responsible for the preparation and distribution of monthly reports as required. Assisting in rebate reconciliations on a monthly basis
Job Requirements
Education
High School graduate or equivalent required.
Experience
Extensive experince in Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting data, working with different formats) required.
General office experience preferred, Medical office experience a plus.
Rebate experience a plus.
License/Certifications
Must successfully complete Back School, an in-service and demonstration of safe body mechanics, within 90 days of hire, and annually thereafter.
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel including formulas, formatting, and analyzing data.
Microsoft office applications including Word, and Access.
Data Entry skills.
Ability to process a large amount of data in a timely manner.

Responsible for the setup of new vendor pricing contracts, data entry of item detail, and entry of customers as appropriate.
Verifies that all customers added to contracts have been authorized in writing by the vendor or manufacturer as eligible to receive the pricing.
Responsible for the tracking, maintenance, and electronic filing of all vendor pricing contracts.
Investigates all customer pricing discrepancies, making appropriate corrections as needed, and notify the person questioning the price as to the outcome. Substantial discrepancies are brought to the attention of the Director of Administrative Services for review and approval.
Responsible for the preparation and distribution of monthly reports as required.
Provides support in all areas of the Administration Department as requested.
