Cox Automotive is looking for an experienced Manager, Product Management to join our team in Atlanta GA.
We are looking for a forward-thinking and innately curious individual to serve as a people leader for multiple product delivery team members for the Vehicle Services release train. The Manager, Product Management will establish and guide high performing teams in a cross-functional and agile environment, to deliver in a way that meets the priorities of stakeholders and clients. His or her goal will be to deliver a mix of innovative solutions, to clients and team members, based on their understanding of high-level business objectives. He/she will establish the roadmap, in partnership with the Release Train Core and the Delivery Teams. Additionally, he/she must be capable of presenting to executive audiences and large groups, interviewing end-users, and communicating technical information to non-technical people. The ideal candidate is comfortable operating with direct and indirect influence, acclimates well to change, and is objective and detail-oriented. He/she will invest in guiding and leading a team of Product Owners to support their effectiveness and personal career growth plans.
